Bucket List is our recurring feature where an artist provides a list of what they want to accomplish before they die. For this installment Swedish sister alt-country/folk duo First Aid Kit (Johanna and Klara Söderberg) submit their lists.

First Aid Kit’s new album, Ruins, their fourth, is out now via Columbia. Tucker Martine (My Morning Jacket, Laura Veirs) produced the album in Portland, OR. Ruins is the follow-up to 2014’s acclaimed Stay Gold and also features R.E.M.‘s Peter Buck, Wilco’s Glenn Kotche, and Midlake’s McKenzie Smith. The album includes “It’s a Shame”-a video for the song was inspired by the Gwyneth Paltrow romantic comedy from 1998, Sliding Doors. The video for “Fireworks” featured the sisters attending, dancing, and performing at a 1980s prom, complete with big hairdos and vintage prom dresses.

Read on as Klara and Johanna each provide separate and humorous bucket lists.

Klara Söderberg:

A walk with Ethan Hawke (hey that rhymes!)

I’d like to spend a night walking around a European city on a lovely summer’s night with Ethan Hawke discussing art, philosophy and what is on our bucket lists.

Kick Donald Trump in the balls, really, really hard.

I think this one speaks for itself.

Drink a Piña Colada while simultaneously getting caught in the rain.

It’s not my favorite drink, so I don’t think my chances at this happening are very high. But it would be pretty sweet.

Write a song about a legendary musician and then play said song for the artist and watch them weep at how great the song is. (Oh shit, already did that!)

I’m sorry, this was very braggy. I had to do it.

Eat yogurt with Garol from Broad City on North Brother Island.

Anyone who’s seen the wonderful show Broad City can relate to thisthe woman’s a freaking legend.

Cuddle all the dogs.

I mean ALL of them. I still can’t believe something as pure and magical as dogs exist.

Johanna Söderberg:

Have a shit ton of kids and have them join First Aid Kit.

Imagine the harmonies? So much potential, and not at all creepy.

See the Northern Lights.

This is such a freaking cliché bucket list option, but I really want to see the Northern Lights. Being a Swede you might think I’d already ticked this one off the list. However, we can’t see them in Stockholm where I live. Bummer. So far I’ve only seen them through an airplane window flying over Greenland, to me that doesn’t really count. I want the hardcore psychedelic experience.

Learn a third language fluently.

I speak Swedish and English fluently, but I’ve always dreamt of being fluent in a third language. I’m aiming for either Japanese or French. I haven’t decided which one yet, though I think I know which one it’s going to be because I won’t take the easy road. 一生懸命頑張ります!

Grace the cover of Bass Guitar Magazine.

I just started playing bass a couple of months ago so obviously not there yet. But one can dream. Besides, that magazine could do with some more badass bass goddesses.

Do the Swedish dub of a character in a Disney film.

Voice acting seems like so much fun and I’ve always wanted to be a Disney princess. I can put on a pretty great musical voice.

Convince Dakota or Elle Fanning to play me in a bio-pic.

I think the First Aid Kit biopic really needs to happen soon. The story of our band is just perfect for a sentimental coming of age-musical. I’ve always been told I resemble the Fanning sisters so one of them would be a natural choice for the role of Johanna Söderberg. I was at a party once where Dakota was present but I didn’t dare to even say hi so I’m currently failing hard on this one.

Crush the patriarchy once and for all.

Duh.
