Today the 2014 Winter Olympics at Sochi officially kicked off with its opening ceremony. While the games themselves are meant to serve as place of global unity many around the world are using the awareness of the event to speak out against Russia’s ongoing human rights injustices towards its own LGTB citizens. Today Norwegian singer Annie and visual artist Bjarne Melgaard premiered a music video/short film for their protest song called “Russian Kiss,” which showcases a lot of makeout activity aimed at President Putin.

Part of the proceeds from the song’s sales will go to the gay rights advocacy non-profit All Out.
