Tegan and Sara previously announced that they are celebrating the 10th anniversary of their album The Con with a tour and The Con X: Covers, an album due out October 20 (via Warner Bros) in which other artists cover each song on The Con, with all net proceeds going to the Tegan and Sara Foundation, which works in support of LGBTQ girls and women. The video for "Boob Spelled Backwards is Boob" comes off almost like it's a British comedy skit put together by Ricky Gervais or Jarvis Cocker (see Pulp's amazing video for "Bad Cover Version"), but this is a real charity song raising money for a genuine worthwhile cause. Former Under the Radar cover star Charli XCX and Bleachers (the project of fun. guitarist Jack Antonoff) recently announced a co-headlining summer tour together entitled "Charli and Jack Do America" that runs from July 21 to August 12. Now the two artists have announced a second leg of their tour, to run from September 14 in Boston, MA to October 10 in Salt Lake City, UT. More
