In FOX’s 10-part miniseries, adapted from the British drama Broadchurch, the body of a 12-year-old boy is found on the beach of idyllic California sea town, Gracepoint. Detective Emmett Carver (David Tennant), a newcomer to the community, heads up the investigation. His partner, Ellie Miller (Anna Gunn) resents Carver for being hired into the promotion she wanted and instantly butts heads with him.

Kate Walsh is Rebecca Wright, the titular “bad” judge, whose heavy-drinking, drug-using, party-hearty lifestyle is at odds with her respectable career as a criminal court judge.

The impact of Oasis’ 1995-released second album is still prevalent today. Given the reissue treatment like its predecessor, the juiced up, remastered version accentuates the quality of this batch of songs.

Perhaps no label has been as sneakily influential on pop culture in the last decade as Hyperdub. The dubstep they helped popularize went mainstream, the clattering melancholy that was their trademark found its way into indie rock and hip-hop, and R&B in 2014 would sound out of place if it didn’t have some dustiness to it.
