Bradford Cox is an Atlanta scene indie icon. (Heck he’s an indie icon just about everywhere, but Georgia gets to claim him.) In light of Georgia State University’s WRAS Album 88 station being acquired by Georgia Public Broadcasting (a deal that the station hopes to reverse), the Deerhunter/Atlas Sound frontman recently sat down with reporter Jeremy Campbell of Atlanta’s NBC affliate 11 Alive to discuss his memories of the station and career to date.
