The New Jersey quartet Real Estate (that’s Martin Courtney IV, Matthew Mondanile III, Etienne Pierre Duguay and Alex Bleeker) sure do love summer. Interviews

Feb 28, 2020

“It’s gonna be hard to go back.” Martin Courtney laughs as he describes the line crossed by Real Estate in the writing and recording of their latest album, The Main Thing. Frontman Martin Courtney concurs. More

For a bunch of barely 30-year-olds, the members of Real Estate sure know how to make some stellar soft rock.
